Terms/Conditions:
Customer and Designer must agree before design is paid for.
Customer must pay before services are rendered.
Special payment arrangements are case by case.
Designers are responsible for all setup and breakdown of 24 hr rentals.
Designers are responsible for all setup of regular balloon service. If breakdown is needed, a time arrangement between the customer and designer is needed.
Upon designers arrival customer needs to have all setup areas free from debri/trash and sharp objects.
7. Customer agrees to Not damage any of Startacular's property/signs, if damaged, fees will be charged.
8. Customers are allowed (1) mutual reschedule date.
9. Credits will be issued for customer cancellation and partial refunds (for event decor services) are case by case.
